Many teachers see their pupils in a new light and it can offer an opportunity for groups to build a level of trust and respect not always achievable through normal classroom interaction.
Based in an educational environment, our experienced team are well versed in facilitating and meeting required learning outcomes for students and staff. These activities include group dynamics/team work, leadership and personal development and are designed to create a memorable and inspiring experience that is also enjoyable and fun!
Our all year round sessions are very flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of any class or year group. We have developed a successful track record of working with a broad range of school groups throughout the greater Bristol area and beyond including Gifted & Talented, DofE, SEN, Young Leaders and Pupil Premium.
Team skills and communication are essential parts of everyday life but these skills have to be developed and practiced like any other ability.
As we know, play and experimentation are powerful learning tools and can provide tangible emotions and experiences to draw on later in the classroom.
Whether it’s a first time visit, an annual excursion or a weekly event, will always provide a day to remember. Most importantly this can all be achieved in a safe and supportive education based environment.
Schools are all about teamwork and here is the perfect chance for staff to work together in a totally different environment and try something new on an inset day.
