Myzone aims to help people feel-good about exercise through technology
Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone delivers a fully connected solution for anyone who wants an accurate (equiv. to an EKG at 99.4%), gamified and motivating wearable experience. Myzone monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.

With built-in challenges, personal goals, gamification, commenting and sharing workouts through social media, users are motivated to sustain physical activity. The app gives real-time feedback during each workout to encourage effort in the moment. The app is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing you to see results anywhere, anytime. You can compete and connect with friends, view workout history, enjoy social sharing, leaderboards, and build a community.
Heart rate strap
The MZ-3 is a well-crafted piece of technology with multi-functional features that helps you to track your workouts, stay motivated and set goals to get the maximum result from the effort you put in. The MZ-3 tracks your heart rate and is equivalent of an EKG (99.4%), which shows and rewards effort when you work out. The MZ-3 displays real-time heart rate, calories, and intensity using five simple colour-coded personalised zones.
Zone Match
This software is how we help motivate and challenge each rider to achieve set zones within their workout. The app and the MASSIVE projector screen at the front of the class will take riders on a zone journey to help them achieve their goals. We set various different stages throughout each class, from out-of-the-saddle climbs to sprint finished, to create unique workouts meaning no class will ever be the same!
