So I came to Kettlercise s at my heaviest, 85.7kg, size 18-20, struggling to find any clothes on the high street that would fit me and look good, rated life insurance due to my weight and unable to jog for even 1km. I still remember my first class; I saw stars, I wasn’t sure if I was going to throw up or pass out, I couldn’t even do a side plank, let along add a 2kg weight to the mix, and 1 press up made me think I’d given myself a hernia.
I started with 1 class a week, and before I knew it I was going to 3 classes a week. It is so easy, you don’t have to think like the gym, you just watch Rakan and move as Jon shouts encouragement at you, it’s that easy. Before you know it your body improves and you can do more of the exercises for longer. No 2 classes are the same, every time I go there are different exercises to keep it fresh and challenging for everyone who attends.
I have been coming to Clifton Kettlercise since October 2014, I’ve now lost 20kgs of fat, and gained a healthy amount of muscle. I’m now a size 8-10, I can buy what ever clothes I want on the high street and can run 10k in under an hour.

Maddi – Kettlercise is an amazing form of exercise. I have never really enjoyed fitness classes but this is a totally different concept. It’s a total body workout in a short space of time.
