The History behind Kettlercise®
Kettlebell Seminars Ltd was formed in 2007 and Kettlercise® was the idea developed and raised by its founders Guy Noble the UK’s No 1 kettlebell trainer and his business partner Adrian Burton who first took kettlebell training to the masses on his ITV program Fat families in 2004. It took over 5 years of testing, tweaking and refining to develop the Kettlercise® program in to what it is today.

Kettlercise® covers a huge range of 37 kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques, from high energy pulse raises to being able to place extra emphasis on target muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs and all with maximum effectiveness. Kettlercise® totally destroys the myth surrounding kettlebells. Some websites recommend you start with a 20kg kettlebell (sometimes doubled up)!!
