Join experienced chef Stephen Plaister, formerly of Bells Diner and Riverstation, boasting 26 years of culinary expertise, as he guides you through the art of crafting fresh egg pasta and potato gnocchi.

During this two-hour session, Chef Stephen will teach you how to handcraft Butternut Squash Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Farfalle, Pappardelle, Spaghetti, and simple yet delicious potato gnocchi. Enjoy these delights with Arrabbiata sauce or Vegetable broth for an instant feast.

Whether you’re a novice or just love Italian food, this workshop is for you! Come along, swap ideas, and discover the joy of homemade pasta with us. It’s going to be a blast!
