In this engaging two-hour session, you’ll discover the secrets behind crafting a simple yet delicious red lentil and sweet potato dhal, alongside Chef Cyrus Todiwala’s renowned Dragon chicken curry. Complementing these flavourful dishes, we’ll also whip up our very own simple onion bhaji and rice.
