Join us for an enriching bread-making experience led by an experienced chef formerly of Bells Diner and Riverstation, boasting over 25 years of expertise.

In this two-hour session, we’ll delve into the art of making fresh bread using just 5 simple ingredients. From mastering the techniques of kneading and knocking back to the intricacies of proving, rising, and shaping, you’ll learn the essentials of bread-making. Together, we’ll create a variety of delicious breads, including Traditional Rosemary and Rock Salt Focaccia, Olive Fougasse, simple baguettes, and classic soft bread rolls. Additionally, we’ll explore how to transform this basic dough into other delightful treats such as bread twists and Moroccan Flatbread.

Set in a social and enjoyable atmosphere, you’ll have the opportunity to taste the fruits of your labour, share ideas, and deepen your knowledge of this beloved dinner table staple. Whether you’re a first-time bread maker, a novice in the kitchen, or simply someone who loves traditional home-cooked bread, this workshop is perfect for you.
