Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning  is a challenging, low-impact workout that targets the entire body. Each week the class will be different to keep you (and your muscles) guessing!

We’ll use mainly body weight but also small equipment to add intensity to the exercises, as well as isometric work to really hit the spot.  Finishing with a yoga-inspired stretch, you’ll leave ready to take on the rest of your day!
